Standard UK Delivery Charge £2.95 sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 hrs/International Tracked.

We offer free UK delivery for any orders over £50.

We ship worldwide including, Australia, New Zealand, US and Canada.

We are proud that here at Pro Yarn Studio we endeavour to use as little, or where ever possible no plastics in our kits or in any of our postal packaging.

In line with our commitment to sustainability, we've made thoughtful choices about our packaging. Our kits are now shipped in plain cardboard boxes/tough paper sacks made of 60-90% recycled material, adorned with a removable paper sticker (colourful printed boxes weren't recyclable in many parts of the world). Also by eliminating unnecessary shipping boxes, we've significantly reduced our carbon footprint—equivalent to the yearly electricity usage of six UK households, every month!

We pack each kit by hand to order so please allow +/-5 days for processing.

We aren't a stock warehouse or drop shipper, every lambswool ball is manually wound and every kit hand packed to order. We still believe in the personal touch however if we get a little busy, things might slowdown past the estimated 5 processing days. Just bear with us, all orders are processed in order as we receive them & processed/shipped as fast as we possibly can. No holding back so if we aren't too busy your order will arrive sooner! :-)
